We’re looking for one or more people who can work with us on our booking center and customer issues. This includes replying to enquiries and booking requests as well as general emails, but it also means building an efficient environment to automate the work, using the latests web-based technologies. When there’s time left to spare, you’ll also be helping out with features regarding our websites in general, but the primary focus is on client pre-sale and after-sale support.
We understand that this requires a special kind of booking manager. Someone who gets a kick out of accommodating people, tracking down clients requests, and empathizes with customers who are becoming our next guests.
You’ll predominately be working with an existing framework of different technologies, a booking center, a web based crm solution, an email / help desk integrated software. We’d like to think that we’ve done our best keeping the applications well-tested but welcome any reccomendation you might have in order to get things even smoother.
You’ll also be working with some of the most passionate people in the business without killing yourself on 80-hour weeks. Being based nearby Eraclea or Caorle is a plus, but not a requirement. You can also work from home, if you have a dsl line. We hire the best people regardless of where we find them.
We expect that you’re proficient with the web and have a good understanding of the travel industry and the booking process. You have to be proficient in english, french, german (either one of thoose or all of them). Italian is always required to connect to the rest of the team.
There is no fixed salary, but a commission fee for every booking accepted and paid for by the final client.
